Although BSH is no longer actively pursuing the further development of the plant oil cookstove technology, we remain committed to improving the lives of individuals around the world via the best home appliance technology.

BSH has freed all patents associated with the plant oil cooker technology and we are making the blue prints, introduction guidelines and other technical information available to any capable individual or organization that read the warnings under No. 1 and 2 and agreed with the waiver of liability according to No.3 by clicking the disclaimer prior to reaching this page.

These points include:

1. The technical drawings for the construction of the plant oil cooker Protos are meant for the use by metalworking companies with an industrial production. A reproduction by private users is prohibited!
2. The Protos shall only be used with a maximum pressure of 1 bar. The Protos may only be used with plant oil. The instruction manual must always be observed.
3. BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH does not assume any liability with regard to the completeness, the accuracy and/or the feasibility of the drawings for the reproduction of the Protos. As far as permitted by law, any liability for defaults in the drawings and/or for defects of a cooker constructed on the basis of the drawings as well as for all damages arising out of the construction of a cooker on the basis of the drawings and/or the use of a cooker constructed on the basis of the drawings shall be excluded.
