BSH is Top German Employer 2010

In its “Top German Employer 2010” study, the CRF Institute honored BSH Bosch und Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH for its excellent and forward-looking HR management. Since 2003 the Top German Employer seal of quality has been awarded on an annual basis to companies with a first-rate HR strategy and code of practice that offer good working conditions and career opportunities in particular to young academics. The seal also stands for active and authentic communication between the company and talented young people. BSH satisfied the assessment criteria “development opportunities” and “remuneration” particularly well.

A total of 93 companies were certified in the Germany-wide, cross-sector survey. The study was based on a comprehensive questionnaire focusing on the following criteria: development opportunities, market position & corporate image, corporate culture, remuneration and recognition, job security and work-life balance. Additionally, on-site interviews were conducted by a team of experienced business journalists, which provided an insight into the corporate culture practiced at the participating companies.
