BSH as an employer

Our aspirations as an employer are similar to our product philosophy – we like to compete with the best of the best.
We are very proud of the fact that BSH was certified as best employer for engineers 2013 in Germany by the independent CRF Institute. Especially in the categories innovation management, primary benefits, secondary benefits and work-life-balance, BSH was declared the overall winner. But also in the field of training and development we were praised with excellent results. In addition, BSH was certified for the seventh time in a row in 2013 as one of the „Top Employers in Germany”.

Our corporate culture is characterized by mutual appreciation, trusting business relationships, and active dialog. To ensure that these values can be experienced on a daily basis, we have incorporated them explicitly in our management policies. Because we truly believe that real innovation – and as a result, long-term success – can only develop when new ideas are discussed openly and each employee has the opportunity to contribute in the best way possible.

By the way: in the current BSH employee survey, which we conduct every two years, close to 90 percent of our employees indicated that they believe BSH is an attractive employer that they would recommend to their friends.
