Starting your career right out of high school

You’ve finished school, passed your exams, and have your diploma in hand – can it get any better than that? With a spot in a vocational training program at BSH, it can. Each year, 140 high school graduates begin their career at our company. In one of our technical vocational training programs, for example, or a vocational training program in a commercial field, or a combination of both vocational training and a degree program.

And even if you haven’t yet graduated, we still offer a number of opportunities for you to gain initial insights into professional life – like our Career Day for students, our annual Girls’ Day, or an internship lasting several weeks.
