The certification process is conducted annually by the Top Employers Institute using an extensive assessment method. In the category "Large enterprise" BSH came first as the best employer in the finished goods and consumer industry.

Continuous professional development is important to long-term success

Continuous professional development of employees is one of the key factors in BSH's long-term success. That is why the company not only offers its own internal training institute, the BSH Academy, but also diverse and tailored qualification programs.
