Service Technician

Operating in the United States under the brands, Bosch, Thermador and Gaggenau, BSH Home Appliances Corporation is highly regarded as a pioneer in innovation of home appliance technology. The ideal candidates will be technically proficient and able to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of appliances in consumers’ homes. We provide ongoing product training, a uniform, laptop, cell phone, and a company van.

Irvine, California – Corporate Headquarters

BSH and Irvine, California have been a successful team since 2011. Positioned centrally in idyllic Orange County, this thriving community provides the perfect setting for BSH’s U.S. headquarters.

Home to some 240 employees as of Fiscal Year 2025, this location includes the Executive Office, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Legal, Industrial Design, Finance, Logistics, IT, Business Administration, Customer Support, and Human Resources departments. This collaborative work environment has created an innovative and dynamic network where employees can flourish.


New Bern, North Carolina – Manufacturing, Research & Development Site

Since opening the first manufacturing facility in New Bern, North Carolina in 1997, BSH has formed a deep partnership with New Bern and larger Craven County communities. North Carolina’s reputation for business excellence and BSH’s long-standing commitment to the region allows for an efficient and productive manufacturing hub for a variety of BSH brands and appliance types.

In 2025, BSH further committed to its investment in New Bern by announcing an $11 million factory expansion commitment and adding 199 new jobs within Craven County. These latest investments have established New Bern as a central hub for cooking and dishwashing research and development, innovation and manufacturing, distribution, and customer support.


LaFollette, Tennessee – Manufacturing Site

BSH’s site in LaFollette, Tennessee serves as a manufacturing base for the Thermador brand’s luxury ranges, range tops, ventilation, and steam cooking oven products. Home to hundreds of skilled craftsmen who hand-fabricate and build each unit, our LaFollette, Tennessee manufacturing site ensures excellence is included as standard with each Thermador product it builds.
