Our purchasing team lays the foundation for uniform, transparent procurement processes in our global supply chain. This part of our company is characterized by clearly defined roles and responsibilities as well as uniform reporting.

From steel and components to capital goods, from IT systems and fleets to digital agencies: our colleagues in purchasing take care of our company's overall requests and needs. Using a state-of-the-art bidding processes and targeted negotiations, we award contracts for external goods and services with the primary goal of ensuring the materials and services will remain available and high quality, in a sustainable way.

Global logistics entail stocking and physically transporting the required materials and, more importantly, our products to customers. Our global logistics team is responsible for transportation and warehousing worldwide, from designing the global supply chain network to purchasing and overseeing our logistics service providers.

By optimizing the structures and processes required, and by being involved on an operational level, our global logistics department plays a significant role in reaching our company-wide goal of delivering on our promise.
